“Desert Dragon Learning Community was a wonderful fit for our family after years of struggle with schools. Annie and the other teachers truly meet kids where they are, creating a supportive, patient, kind and encouraging environment, especially for children with PDA. They are incredibly skilled at making learning personal, engaging, creative, and fun while honoring each child’s unique needs. They offer so much variety and immersion in the lessons, bringing in outside speakers every week and giving the kids very interesting hands-on learning experiences. The learning didn’t feel like traditional learning, it was so much more interactive and fun.

They let me take breaks when I needed it. They never forced me to do any assignment I didn’t want to do. They always helped me when I needed it. They do really fun stuff.
